Projekta gait\u0101 tika apkopota inform\u0101cija par mikroa\u013c\u0123u audz\u0113\u0161anas nosac\u012bjumiem &#8211; temperat\u016bru, gaismu, nepiecie\u0161amaj\u0101m miner\u0101lviel\u0101m, pH u.c., k\u0101 ar\u012b p\u0113t\u012bta mikroa\u013c\u0123u ekstraktu veido\u0161anas metodika, ar nol\u016bku padar\u012bt mikroa\u013c\u0123u preper\u0101tu ieg\u016b\u0161anu praktiski katr\u0101 saimniec\u012bb\u0101 uz vietas, kas papildus dotu ieguld\u012bjumu transporta izdevumu samazin\u0101\u0161anai un labv\u0113l\u012bgu ietekmi uz oglek\u013ca emisiju.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Galvenie faktori kas ietekm\u0113 a\u013c\u0123u aug\u0161anu un akt\u012bvo vielu sint\u0113zi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gaismas ietekme uz mikroa\u013c\u0123\u0113m<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekta gait\u0101 tika p\u0101rbaud\u012bta da\u017e\u0101du gaismu ietekme uz mikroa\u013c\u0123u aug\u0161anu un to metabol\u012btu uzkr\u0101\u0161anos. Eksperiment\u0101 tika izmantotas tr\u012bs monohromas gaismas \u2013 sarkana, za\u013ca un zila. Eksperimentu gait\u0101 tika secin\u0101ts, ka katra gaismas kr\u0101sa sp\u0113j ietekm\u0113t mikroa\u013c\u0123u aug\u0161anu un to sast\u0101vu. Piem\u0113ram  sarkan\u0101 gaisma ietekm\u0113  mikroa\u013c\u0123u lip\u012bdu palielin\u0101tu uzkr\u0101\u0161anos, kur, sal\u012bdzinot ar kontroles apst\u0101k\u013ciem, lip\u012bdi bija uzkr\u0101ju\u0161ies piecas reizes vair\u0101k. Pie za\u013c\u0101s kr\u0101sas gaismas mikroa\u013c\u0123u \u0161\u016bn\u0101s bija 20 reizes vair\u0101k pigmentu nek\u0101 kontroles apst\u0101k\u013cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikroa\u013c\u0123es, lai ar\u012b ir mikroskopiskas, t\u0101s ir \u013coti l\u012bdz\u012bgas mums  sauszemes augiem. To \u0161\u016bn\u0101s notiek t\u0101di pa\u0161i procesi k\u0101 tom\u0101tu, burk\u0101nu vai ave\u0146u lapu \u0161\u016bn\u0101s. T\u0101pat k\u0101 ar tom\u0101tiem, burk\u0101niem vai aven\u0113m, ja  temperat\u016bra b\u016bs par augstu, augs izdegs, temperat\u016bra b\u016bs par zemu, aug\u0161ana b\u016bs l\u0113n\u0101ka. Mikroa\u013c\u0123\u0113m \u0161\u012bs robe\u017eas gan ir liel\u0101kas. Atkar\u012bb\u0101 no mikroa\u013c\u0123es sugas, t\u0101s var labi justies karstajos avotos, kur \u016bdens temperat\u016bra sasniedz pat +60\u00b0C vai arktiskajos \u016bde\u0146os, kur temperat\u016bra ir ap 0\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekta gait\u0101 tika veikti vair\u0101ki eksperimenti, kur tika noskaidrotas mikroa\u013c\u0123u aug\u0161anas temperat\u016bras robe\u017eas. Eksperimenti tika veikti temperat\u016bras robe\u017e\u0101s no +5\u00b0C l\u012bdz +45\u00b0C. Eksperimentos pazemin\u0101t\u0101 temperat\u016br\u0101 tika nov\u0113rota mikroa\u013c\u0123u sp\u0113ja pal\u0113nin\u0101t t\u0101s vielmai\u0146u un s\u0101kt ra\u017eot \u0161\u016bnas iek\u0161ien\u0113 vielas, kas pal\u012bdz\u0113tu tai p\u0101rciest nelabv\u0113l\u012bgos apst\u0101k\u013cus. L\u012bdz\u012bga tendence tika nov\u0113rota ar\u012b paaugstin\u0101t\u0101 temperat\u016br\u0101, tikai mikroa\u013c\u0123es \u0161\u016bnas vielmai\u0146a k\u013cuva akt\u012bv\u0101ka un \u0161\u016bna s\u0101ka ra\u017eot vair\u0101k vielu, kas dotu tai ener\u0123iju.
